This module provides a switch between qt3 and qt4. If PyQt4 is loaded, this module loads soma.qt4gui.api.*, else it loads soma.qt3gui.api.*. It also provides en alias name for classes that have not the same name in qt3 and qt4 version : ApplicationQtGUI and QTGUI.
