Anatomist has also python bindings, and can load modules written in python language.

Environment variables

  • SHFJ_SHARED_PATH should now be the only necessary environment variable
  • Alternately, on non-standard installations, ANATOMIST_PATH may specify anatomist-specific shared data
  • Also alternately, AIMS variable may be specified: AIMS_PATH
  • The anafold module needs the same variables as sigraph: SIGRAPH_PATH (if needed)

Commands

  • anatomist is the only commandline.
